  1. Discovery Call (90 Minutes):

    • Gain clarity on your current parental leave challenges and goals.

    • Discuss whether you’re building from scratch or optimizing existing policies.

  2. 12 Weeks of Personalized Support:

    • Slack or Email Access: Ask questions, receive feedback, and get guidance every step of the way.

    • Monthly 1:1 Zoom Calls (45 Minutes): Discuss progress, address concerns, celebrate wins, and keep implementation on track.

  3. Workshops and Training:

    • Host live or on-demand sessions for your leadership team on managing transitions and supporting employees.

  4. Learning Hub Access:

    • Comprehensive templates, masterclasses, and how-to guides on parental leave compliance, team reintegration, and leadership strategies.

ADD ON 1: Reintegration Coaching - Includes 3 individual coaching sessions with the employee on parental leave (option to use one session for a group coaching session with their manager), and 1 individual coaching session with the employees manager.


ADD ON 2: In Person Workshops or Training - This program is intended to be done 100% remotely, but we can incorporate in person events.
