"The Transition Collective" is a supportive and empowering group coaching program created specifically for professional women navigating the transition from the last few weeks of maternity leave through their baby's first year. This program focuses on helping women balance their careers, self-care, and motherhood, providing them with the tools, strategies, and community needed to thrive during this pivotal time.

Program Structure:

  • Duration: 12 months (Starts a few weeks before returning to work and continues through the baby’s first birthday)

  • Format: Monthly group coaching sessions, supplemented with resources, exercises, and ongoing community support.

  • Group Size: 6-10 women per cohort to create a close-knit, supportive environment.

Unique Features:

  • Private Group Community: A space for participants to connect, share resources, and support each other between sessions.

  • Guest Expert Sessions: Occasional guest appearances from experts in postpartum health, career management, or mental health to provide specialized advice.

  • Monthly Accountability Check-ins: Short monthly one-on-one check-ins with the coach to keep participants on track and address individual concerns.
